Shivang is advising clients on technology disputes and technology compliances. Notably, he is actively working with influencers, marketing agencies and tech companies working on child safety and deepfakes.

Shivang has worked on a wide range of insurance cases, including property claims, commercial general liability insurance disputes, maritime insurance, product liability insurance, and personal injury insurance claims. 

He has also represented clients in significant cases before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, the Delhi District Courts and in Insurance arbitrations. 

Shivang has also represented clients in prominent insolvency cases, including appeals related to financial service providers (FSP). He led the research team on a particularly complex dispute involving a foreign central bank.

His expertise extends to contract drafting, reviewing, and execution across various sectors, including corporate, technology, employment, and hospitality. Notable work includes reviewing joint venture agreements (JVAs) and employment contracts in UAE and in India.

Shivang also closely works with non-profit organizations and industry leaders advocating for Ethical AI and a safer digital space.

Shivang graduated with first-class honors from the prestigious National Law University, Delhi. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has completed specialized seminars, including courses on Regulatory Architecture and Regulatory Governance under Prof. Dr. M.S. Sahoo, former Chairperson of IBBI. Shivang's commitment to legal excellence was evident during his law school years, where he actively participated in moot court competitions and client counseling competitions.
