Puneet has represented individuals, start-ups, and a range of well-established and long running businesses before various High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals across the country. Over the past decade, he has successfully contested several high-value property disputes, debt recovery proceedings, railway arbitrations, construction arbitrations, and other business and transaction based contractual disputes.  His clientele also extends to individual directors of a company for inter-se director disputes, matters of corporate fraud and economic offences.

As a trial specialist he is known for deeply analyzing business transactions, pre-empting plausible dispute areas/compliance limitations and offer practical and effective solutions. 

Puneet is regularly engaged for drafting of a varied range of contracts in the TMT sector. His key work highlight in contracts is drafting endorsement agreements and conducting legal liability exposure review for a former Indian international cricketer and drafting of India & Dubai targeted marketing and distribution contracts for a UK based bio-technology company.

With his extensive understanding of Technology and Media industry, he has been advising clients on matters of privacy, Intellectual Property Rights, data use & protection, GDPR compliances and technology transactions. He also advises clients on Intermediary guidelines and Digital Media & OTT Regulation.

Puneet is also counsel for several entertainment and event management companies & production houses whom he regularly advises on Intellectual Property strategy & protection.

Puneet graduated from Indraprastha University, Amity Law School, New Delhi, India. He was an avid mooter.

Puneet is a member of the Bar Council of India, Delhi High Court Bar Association and Federation of Asian Biotech Association (FABA).

He is regularly invited to speak at Technology events, Business Schools and Law Schools.
