He has successfully litigated BG claims, interim reliefs and execution of the award for a large thermal power company in India before the Delhi High Court.
He has successfully litigated an ash-dyke claim for a contractor involving complex issues of cost escalation, delay and variation of scope of work.
Aniket has successfully litigated for a top Indian business conglomerate on a complex dispute involving a network infrastructure of over INR 1000 crores in the technology sector on a key governmental scheme.
Aniket graduated from Indraprastha University, Amity Law School, New Delhi, India and completed his Masters in Law from Queen’s Mary College, London with specialization in arbitration.
He was an avid mooter and won accolades in prestigious moots of Oxford-Price Comparative Law Moot and Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot and Stetson Environment Moot. He is regularly invited to judge moot competitions.
